Refund and Exchange Policy

Unwanted items will be exchanged or refunded provided they are returned to us un-washed, un-used and in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase, please keep your receipts as proof of purchase. Any mistakes or errors made must be reported within 7 days.

Snazzypants The Cloth Nappy Shop will stand by their 3 month guarantee on any goods that have a proven manufacturing fault provided all wash care instructions have been followed. All items will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment - no charge is made for this facility.

We regret we do not refund postage on returns or exchanges, it is your responsibility to obtain proof of posting when sending in returns or exchanges, you will be charged additional post for exchanges if this at your request - we don't charge if it is our mistake.

Returning unwanted items: Goods may only be returned to us at our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse to take back unwanted items, in either case we will only consider taking back items within 20 days of date of purchase, we reserve the right to charge 15% (debit card refunds) or 20% (credit Card refunds) restocking fee for items returned by you unless they are faulty, we do not refund postage in this instance.

Refunds: Under current banking regulations refunds can only be made back to the original method of payment. We cannot refund to another credit/debit care or to another bank account.

Snazzypants cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post once they have left us. We always obtain proof of posting.

Exchanges or returns using our courier are at our discretion and will incur the normal charges currently £7.95 plus £5.00 administration charge.

Delivery of goods by courier: Where items are too heavy for the normal postal service we will normally send by courier. We cannot be held resposible if you request goods to be left unsigned for, our courier will leave a card regarding redelivery and/or collection should you not be in at the time, if you require a specific delivery slot this can be arranged at an addition £10.00, please contact us for details.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for goods that have been requested to be left without signature or in a 'safe' place, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you undertake that you understand these terms and that the items will not be replaced by us at our cost.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our planet isn't a dumping ground, we have to live here along with our wildlife. The land cannot sustain continued abuse from landfills and forest burning. Where ever possible we recycle packaging, we believe that very few things are truly disposable and that there isn't a disposable nappy that is truly eco friendly. Our children need nurturing and protecting and so does their homelands. We all have a part to play in protecting what is around us, and we adults can make a difference with our votes and our voices.

At snazzypants we aim to make our web site as user friendly as possible, if you find that your have any difficulties navigating it please contact us. We can provide our brochure in large print and looking into having it translated into some different languages. As yet we don't provide a braille version but we are happy to talk to customers at any reasonable time. If you wish to have a home visit and we are able we can attempt to arrange an agent from our sister company Sam-I-Am to visit you (please note that this service is limited at this time)
